# FILE_LINK_INVALID

**What it means.** This link to one of the app's files is not one the platform made, or it was changed after it was made.

**What to do.** Use the link exactly as GET /_platform/file-url gave it, with its e= and t= parts. A link that was cut short or edited will not work: ask for the file again.

- HTTP status: 403
- Retryable after applying the fix: no
