Terms

Last updated 11 October 2026.

Who we are

Uarpie (uarpie.app) is based in the United Kingdom.

Email: support@uarpie.app.

These terms are the agreement between you and us, the business named above, when you use Uarpie: this website, your dashboard, the command that puts your apps online, and the apps we run for you. If you do not agree to them, please do not use Uarpie.

What Uarpie does

Uarpie puts apps online. You, or an AI working for you, run one command; we build the app, run it and give you a private address for it. We also keep its files and its database, and let in the people you invite.

Your account

  • You keep an app by signing in with your email address. We send you a link or a code each time; whoever can read that inbox can sign in as you, so keep it safe.
  • You must be 18 or over to use Uarpie.
  • You are responsible for what happens in your account, and for the people you invite to your apps.
  • To close your account, write to us. We delete your apps and their data as our privacy page explains.

Apps nobody keeps

An app can be put online without an account. It stays online for 7 days; if nobody keeps it by signing in with an email address in that time, we delete it.

Your apps and your data

  • Your apps, their files and their data are yours. We use them only to build, run, store and back up your apps, and to keep Uarpie working.
  • You are responsible for your apps and what they do, including the information they collect about the people who use them. You decide what is collected and why; we handle it only on your behalf.
  • Your apps must follow our acceptable use rules.
  • Keep your own copy of anything that matters. We keep backups, but they cannot undo every mistake.

Plans and payment

  • Uarpie has a Free plan and paid monthly plans. What each includes and costs is on our pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax: where VAT or another sales tax applies, it is added at checkout, and the checkout shows it before you pay.
  • A paid plan is paid by card through Stripe, in advance, on the same day each month, until you cancel.
  • A plan's allowances are shared by all your apps. When one runs out, only what uses it stops: apps pause when the month's requests or running time are used up, new builds wait when the building minutes are, and new uploads are refused when the file space is full. Nothing is deleted, and everything comes back at the start of the next month, or as soon as you add Uarpie credit (on a paid plan) or move to a bigger plan.
  • Use above your plan is never charged to your card. On a paid plan you can add Uarpie credit, from $5 to $1,000 at a time: use above your plan's requests, running time and building minutes, and busy hours, are then paid from it as they happen, at the prices on our pricing page, up to a monthly limit you choose. When the credit runs out or the limit is reached, your apps pause as above. File space and translated pages are not paid from credit.
  • Uarpie credit never expires, and we refund credit you have not used when you ask (see our refunds page). It is not money held for you and cannot be paid out in any other way.
  • We may change our prices. We will email you at least 30 days before a change affects you, and you can cancel before it does.
  • If a payment fails, we email you and Stripe tries your card again over the following days. Your plan keeps working meanwhile. If the payment still does not go through, the plan ends and your account moves to Free.

Cancelling

  • You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Billing in your dashboard. It keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for, and nothing more is taken.
  • When a paid plan ends, your account moves to Free, which keeps one app. You choose which one stays on; the others pause until you choose a plan again. Nothing is deleted, and we tell you before it happens.
  • When we refund a payment is explained on our refunds page.

Domains

If you buy a domain through Uarpie, we register it in your name with the details you give, at what it costs us, and renew it every year at cost until you tell us to stop. A registration cannot be undone once it is complete.

Phone apps

We can build an Android version of your phone app and hand you the file. Publishing it in Google Play or the App Store is done by you, in your own developer account: we never submit an app to a store for you.

Until the Uarpie app is available, a phone app opens on a phone in Expo Go, a free app made by Expo, which is not part of Uarpie. Expo's own terms apply to Expo Go, and Expo decides which apps it can open: if Expo changes it, your app may need updating before it opens there again.

Keeping Uarpie running

We work to keep Uarpie and your apps running, but we cannot promise they will never stop: we sometimes need a few minutes for maintenance, and the services we rely on can fail. We may change or stop parts of Uarpie; if we stop something you use, we will tell you first.

When we can pause an app or close an account

We can pause an app, or close an account, that breaks these terms or our acceptable use rules, or that is not paid for. When we do, we email you to say what we did and why. If you think we got it wrong, write to us and a person will look again.

What we are responsible for

  • We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not taking reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss nobody could have foreseen.
  • If you use Uarpie for a business, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost business or lost data, and what we are responsible for is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.
  • Nothing in these terms limits what we are responsible for where the law does not allow it, such as death or injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights these terms do not change.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies. If you do not agree with it, you can cancel before then.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom or in the European Union, you keep the protection of the law where you live and can bring a claim in your local courts.
