Files and translated pages are never paid from credit. Past your plan, new uploads wait until there is room, and translations wait for the next month.

Other costs

There is no fee to start, no charge per person who uses your apps, and nothing for the database, the speed or the private links. These are the only other things that can cost money.

Your own domain

Connecting a domain you already own is free on every paid plan, and the certificate is done for you. Buying a domain through Uarpie is not available yet; when it is, it will be sold at what it costs us.

Keeps copies of an app awake around the times you know it gets busy. 1.2¢ for each copy kept awake for an hour, 12¢ an hour to keep its database awake: one copy around the clock is about $8.76 a month. On paid plans, paid from Uarpie credit by the hour, inside your spending limit.

Phone apps

Opening a phone app in the Uarpie app, once it is out, will cost nothing extra. On a paid plan, Android app files cost nothing of their own: each build uses about 40 of the build minutes your plan includes, up to 10 a month. Putting an app in Google Play or the App Store is done by you, with a developer account of your own; Google and Apple charge for those.

Uarpie credit

Bought in advance, in any whole-dollar amount from $5 to $1,000. It pays for use above a paid plan and for busy hours, as they happen. It never expires, and unused credit you bought is refunded if you ask. Uarpie Builder, which is not out yet, will use it for its AI too.

Questions people ask

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Your AI writes the app and puts it online. You keep it, name it, invite people and choose your plan from a page written in plain English. If anything ever goes wrong, you tell your AI and it fixes it.

What happens when my apps use up the month?

They pause, usually within a minute, and stay exactly as they were: nothing is deleted. They come back by themselves at the start of the next month, or straight away if you move to a bigger plan. You are never charged for more than your plan.

What counts as a request?

Each time your app is asked for something: a page opened, a form sent, the app fetching data. The checks the platform makes every few minutes to keep your app quick do not count.

Do I need an account to try it?

No. Your AI deploys the app and you open a private link. You only give an email when you decide to keep it.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on Personal and above. You add two records where you bought the domain, one to point it at your app and one to prove it is yours, and the certificate is handled for you.

What if my apps store more files than my plan includes?

The space is for all your apps together. You get an email saying so, and the apps keep running exactly as they were — nothing is deleted and nobody is turned away. What stops is new uploads from people using the apps: those are refused until you make room, by deleting files or moving to a plan with more space. We do not charge for extra space today. If that ever changes it would be $0.10 for each gigabyte a month, and the email always comes first.

How many apps can I keep?

One on Free. On any paid plan, as many as you like, up to a hundred: they share one month of use, so an app nobody uses costs you nothing extra.

Can I change plans, or stop paying?

Yes, whenever you like, from the Billing page. A bigger plan starts straight away, and apps paused for the month come back at once. Cancelling stops the next payment.

What currency are the prices in?

US dollars. Your bank converts them if you pay in another currency, and tax is added at checkout where the law says it must be.
