What it means. The change is saved, but the edge that checks who may open the app has not caught up yet.

What to do. Nothing to do: the platform tells the edge again by itself within about five minutes. To make it sooner, run the same request again; it is safe to repeat. Until the edge hears, a key you revoked may still open the app.
