What it means. The file space in this app's plan is almost used up. All the apps on one account share it.

What to do. Nothing is refused yet. Delete files the apps no longer need, or move to a plan with more room before it fills up. Personal includes 10 GB for all of an account's apps together, Family 50 GB and Community 100 GB; an app nobody has kept yet has 1 GB of its own. Tell the person: only they can change the plan.
